Persian Lime Olive Oil


This flavorful lime hits the tongue with a burst of sunshine! The flavor lingers and is light. We combine this oil with our Acai Berry Balsamic and call the combination the “Persian Excursion”. Delightfully delicious. Use alone for salads, tacos, etc., or pared with Acai Berry, can be used with vanilla ice cream or plain cheese cake…natural mouthwatering sweetness!  This oil exhibits the flavor of Persian limes, also known as Tahitian limes. They are less acidic than key limes and don’t have the bitterness that lends to the key lime’s unique flavor. It’s great drizzled on fish, chicken, steak, salads, marinades and vegetables.
