Caution:  Mild side effects may include upset stomach, diarrhea and increased urination.  Possible severe side effects may indicate kidney damage, may need medical attention including kidney pain, lower back pain, pain while urinating, nausea and/or vomiting.  Taking too much may result in heart palpitations.  Not recommended for people with alcoholism.   Not intended to be taken for an extended length of time.
